February Vacation Girl Time Camp

Wow! I am so thrilled with what a wonderful time I have had with all of the girls from camp. Leslie and I ran two sessions of Girl Time camp this week. The morning was spent with five to eight year olds and the afternoon with eight to eleven year olds. We only ran three days - so our families would be able to enjoy some of the vacation just as a family.

I am continually impressed by what amazing young girls I have met and get to enjoy making art with. Leslie and I are sure exhausted, but so pleased.

Chinese New Year

We have enjoyed a wonderful pre- Chinese New Year with a few friends that traveled to China with us. We were able to meet up at the CAFAM Chinese New Year fair in Portland this past weekend. It was so wonderful to see Nina start to make friends with the little girls that have shared so much with her. I hope we can continue these relationships for her as she grows. We are hoping for a reunion with the bigger group this summer. It would be so great!

Beattie Chicks had a great day at the CAFAM fair. We plan to put the rest of our goods on Etsy this week - so watch for updates.

Soft creations!

Here a few of my softies going to the fair this weekend. I have more that I have packed, but hopw to get pictures of. Leslie and I plan to open our Etsy store once we return from the fair. Off to the bus stop now. More later.
